We live by the beach so I hoped that the range of heat was as stated in the product description. On a breezy evening, the heater warmed the area better than expected. It feels solid, easy to assemble, the wheels make transporting it so much easier than a heater I had in the past. I don't have to worry about scratching it - I like things to look nice and stay nice. The thermostat works like a dream and we purchased a cover to help protect against the beach air elements. A mistake we made in the past.
The heater arrived about 3 days earlier than anticipated. Perfect condition! We were missing the cover and my email confirming delivery stated that I had received it. When I contacted customer service via email, I received a prompt, courteous response, with details of what the person was going to do and when. I received a follow-up email after that as well. Who could ask for more!

Using around pool area. Easy to light and the wheels make for easy transportation. Only suggestion would be for a one piece dome, as the 5 part system makes product look a little cheap. A bracket or chain to hold the propane tank in place would be a great safety feature, especially when moving around a patio. Heater throws out a good amount of heat, especially on calm nights.

The manual is difficult to follow. The hardware supplied is sometimes already installed, sometimes in the bag. Sometime there is a flysheet note that the hardware is installed, sometimes there isn't. Verifying I had everything was impossible til the end. Items called bolts are really screws. All hardware descriptions are metric. Also it would have been easier to connect the tank hose to the heater hose if the heater hose was about an inch longer. Lastly there is a warning to leak check everything, but it's impossible to access some connections without tearing down the unit. Assembly is not that difficult once I figured out. It would have been better if the holes in the posts and brackets were more accurate so adjustments to get the post perfectly perpendicular were not necessary. The unit looks good and works fine. Very nice once it's put together.

We thought ther heater would heat a larger space. We must sit fairly close to the heating element, which is at the top of the unit, in order to be comfortable.
Is easily moved from place to place.
